Concept & Space Planning
We review your event goals, booth/space dimensions, traffic flow, and brand requirements. Initial concepts are presented as mood boards and rough layouts.
Design Development
Full visual design with 3D renders showing the space from multiple angles. Material callouts, lighting plans, and graphic specifications.
Production Management
We source vendors, manage fabrication timelines, coordinate printing, and oversee quality control. You approve — we handle logistics.
Installation & Execution
On-site coordination for setup, installation oversight, and real-time problem-solving. We’re there to make sure it looks exactly like the render.
Post-Event Documentation
Professional photography of the finished installation, attendee engagement data if applicable, and a debrief with recommendations for next time.
